Account and data deletion
If you use the VdoBloom Android app, open it and sign in; the app loads the same service at vdobloom.com.
Delete some of your data (keep your account)
You can remove many types of content yourself. You do not need to close your account to do this.
Steps
- Sign in to VdoBloom (website or app).
- Generations (videos, images, audio): open Dashboard → My Creations. Delete individual items you no longer want stored. Removed items are deleted from your library in normal operation; they should no longer appear in your account.
- Marketplace listings: open Dashboard → Marketplace, go to your selling area, and delete or withdraw prompts you published, if applicable.
- Profile details: open Dashboard → Settings and update or clear fields your account settings allow you to change.
- Other data (support): to ask for deletion of specific categories we do not expose in the UI (for example certain logs or records tied to your account), email support@vdobloom.com from your registered email. Use the subject "Data deletion request" and describe what you want removed. We verify ownership and respond; where allowed by law we complete requests within thirty (30) days.
What is typically removed
- The specific creations or marketplace listings you delete in the product
- Profile fields you clear or replace in Settings, where the product saves those changes
What may be kept (partial deletion)
- Billing and security: invoices, payment references, or fraud-prevention records may be retained where the law requires, even if you delete content or profile fields.
- Backups: residual copies in backups may persist for a limited time and then roll off according to our infrastructure retention.
- Aggregated data: statistics that do not identify you may be kept.
Delete your entire account
This removes your login and normally removes the categories listed under "What is deleted" below.
Steps
- Sign in to VdoBloom at vdobloom.com/login or through the VdoBloom mobile app.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings (Profile section).
- Scroll to Delete Account, read the warning, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated content as described below.
- If you cannot see Delete Account after signing in (for example on the website with certain account types), or you cannot access your account, email support@vdobloom.com from the email address registered on your VdoBloom account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email you used to register.
What is deleted when the account is closed
When your account deletion is completed, VdoBloom removes your user account and, in normal operation, the following categories of data tied to that account:
- Your profile and account settings
- Videos, images, and audio generations you created
- Stories associated with your account
- Marketplace prompts you listed as a seller
What may be kept (and why)
- Legal and financial records: We may retain certain billing, payment, or transaction information where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or similar legal obligations. Such records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and are not used for marketing after your account is deleted.
- Aggregated or de-identified data: We may retain statistics that do not identify you personally.
How long support requests take
In-app account deletion takes effect when you complete the confirmation flow. For account or data requests sent by email, we verify ownership and process them as soon as reasonably possible, within a maximum of thirty (30) days unless a longer period is required by law.
