Clumsy MS Paint Style Redraw

Redraw the attached image in a clumsy, scribbled, and as absolutely pathetic a way as possible. Use a {argument name="background color" default="white"} background, and make it look like it was drawn in MS Paint with a mouse. It should be similar but also distinct, something like coinciding but out of phase in a confusing and clumsy way, with that sense of low pixel-by-pixel quality that really emphasizes how ridiculously bad it is. Actually, you know what, never mind, just draw it however you want.
