Japanese Newspaper Cat Hero Front Page

Goal: Create a realistic Japanese newspaper front page in the style of an old but clean daily local paper, featuring a humorous tokusatsu news story about a black cat hero using a spinning transformation belt to collect fallen autumn leaves.
