Goal: Create a monochrome seinen manga page in a dark, rain-soaked cyberpunk back alley, with dramatic noir lighting, dense crosshatching, high-detail backgrounds, and Japanese vertical dialogue. The tone is ominous, elegant, and slightly comedic, centered on an unexpected meeting between a frightened ordinary man and a refined pipe-smoking man.
