Horror Mushroom Transformation

Inside a dark, damp forest. Textures like a movie creature. Wet cap, slimy skin, deep wrinkles, hollow eyes. Cinematic horror staging.

The mushroom speaks in a low, raspy male voice like a withered old man. 
"...It's been a long time since I've seen a human."
Immediately after speaking, the expression suddenly distorts in pain. 
"Ugh..."
Continuing as if having difficulty breathing, choking, and leaking painful sounds: "Ugh, ugh, ugh...!"
The face twitches, eyes widen, and the whole body begins to tremble slightly. The shaking intensifies, and with a wet tearing sound, the mushroom's cap splits vertically down the center.

From inside, a slightly smaller, new mushroom with the exact same face slowly appears. The old outer skin withers and falls away.
The new mushroom takes a deep breath and says in a slightly more energetic voice: "Whew, I feel rejuvenated."

Ends with a close-up of the new mushroom's eerie smile.

と苦しそうな声を漏らす。顔が痙攣し、目が見開かれ、体全体が小刻みに震え始める。震えは激しくなり、湿った裂ける音とともに、キノコの傘が中央から縦にビリビリと裂ける。

その内部から、少し小さい、まったく同じ顔をした新しいキノコがゆっくりと現れる。古い外皮はしおれて崩れ落ちる。
新しいキノコは深呼吸して、少し元気な声で、
「ふ〜、わかがえったわい」
と言う。

最後は新しいキノコの不気味な笑顔のクローズアップ。
