[Protagonist (remember to upload reference image)] A sexy young woman preparing to wash up and go to bed in front of the sink in her bathroom. 
[00:00-00:06] Shot 1: Normalcy. Scene: In front of a large ordinary bathroom mirror. Action: The protagonist is brushing her teeth in the mirror, mouth full of foam. She makes various funny faces at the mirror while brushing (winking and grimacing). Key Detail: At this point, the reflection in the mirror is completely normal, and the movements are synchronized. 
[00:06-00:11] Shot 2: The Glitch. Action: The protagonist finishes brushing her teeth, spits out the foam, and turns to leave the bathroom. Climax (Core Highlight): Just as the protagonist's real body has turned and left the mirror frame, the “reflection” in the mirror surprisingly **does not move**! The “reflection” remains in the brushing posture, even smirking and winking at the camera, staying for a full 2 seconds before suddenly “flickering” in panic to catch up with the body's movement and disappear. Director's Note: Must create an extremely realistic “network lag” feeling, giving the reflection a sense of independent consciousness. 
[00:11-00:15] Shot 3: The Punchline. Action: The protagonist, who has reached the door, seems to sense something is wrong and suddenly turns back to look at the mirror. Result: The mirror has completely returned to normal, empty, reflecting only the opposite wall. The protagonist looks bewildered and scared, glances around the room, and shows a look of horror. The scene freezes on the protagonist's confused face (horror movie effect).

[00:06-00:11] 镜头2：BUG出现（The Glitch）。 动作：主角刷完牙，低头吐掉泡沫，然后转身准备离开卫生间。 高能时刻（核心爆点）：就在主角真身已经转身离开镜子画面范围的时候，镜子里的那个“倒影”竟然**没有动**！那个“倒影”依然保持着刷牙的姿势，甚至还坏笑着冲着镜头挑了一下眉毛，停留了整整2秒钟，才突然惊慌失措地“闪屏”追上本体的动作消失。 导演备注：要做出极其真实的“网络延迟”感，倒影有独立意识的感觉。 
[00:11-00:15] 镜头3：惊悚回马枪（The Punchline）。 动作：已经走到门口的主角似乎感觉到了不对劲，猛地回头看向镜子。 结果：镜子此时已经完全恢复正常，空空荡荡，只照出对面的墙壁。主角一脸茫然且后怕，对着房间里环视了一下，露出惊悚的表情。画面在主角的懵逼脸中定格（恐怖片效果）。
