Spy Action Hotel Fight

[Generation goal] Live-action spy action, one continuous take. Rogue Viper is ambushed in a hotel corridor by a masked ninja, disarms his knife bare-handed, and kicks him off a balcony over a city at dusk. Exactly two people throughout. 
[Reference roles] Image 1 defines Rogue Viper only: face, amber eyes, long loose black hair, black leather suit, gold cobra buckle, over-knee boots, sheathed katana across her back. All three panels in image 1 are one woman. Her face is visible in every shot and matches the close-up panel. Do not copy the black oval covering the face in the full-body panels, the gray studio backdrop, the panel layout, or the inset buckle image. Image 2 defines the corridor set only: dark green walls, mahogany doors and paneling, blue-and-gold patterned runner carpet, crystal chandeliers, shaded table lamps, warm low light. The katana stays sheathed on her back the whole clip. She never draws it. One sword exists. The ninja has no reference: lean man, matte black garb, wrapped forearms, red lacquered demon mask with gold fangs and small horns. His face is never seen. 
[Stage 1 - approx 0-6s] Viper walks away from camera down the corridor. She stops. The ninja steps from a doorway behind her, frame right. She turns as his punch arrives and blocks it with her forearm. Camera dollies in behind her at eye level. 
[Stage 2 - approx 6-13s] Close-quarters exchange mid-corridor. She slips a punch, drives an elbow into the mask, ducks a hook, shoulders him into the paneling. A table lamp topples. He stays on his feet. Camera whip pans with the strikes. 
[Stage 3 - approx 13-20s] He draws a straight black knife and lunges at her chest. She turns her hips out of the line, traps his wrist in both hands, twists it outward, and the knife drops point-first into the carpet. She stands over it empty-handed. Low medium two-shot. 
[Stage 4 - approx 20-26s] She drives him backward through tall open glass doors onto a stone balcony. Sky opens behind him, dense city skyline in orange and deep blue dusk. She plants and kicks him in the chest. He goes over the balustrade and out of frame. Camera tracks with them, then stops at the rail. 
[Stage 5 - approx 26-30s] She holds at the rail one beat, breathing, wind moving her hair. She turns her head to camera and the corner of her mouth lifts into a small smirk. Hold. Cut to black. Restrained, no laugh, no wink, no dialogue. (low bass note swells and cuts) 
[Maintain consistency] Two people only. Viper's face, hair, suit, and buckle never change. The katana stays sheathed through every strike. The mask stays on the entire clip. One knife, and it stays in the carpet after Stage 3. The fight travels one direction, away from camera, and never reverses. Corridor light warm and low, balcony light cool dusk. No dialogue. No on-screen text, no logos.
