By accessing and using VdoBloom ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

VdoBloom is an AI-powered video creation platform that provides:

  • AI video generation using advanced models (VEO3, VEO3 Fast)
  • Credit-based system for video creation
  • Video editing and customization tools
  • Download and sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable
  • All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely through Creem.io
  • Credits expire 12 months from purchase date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
  • Share account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of videos you create using our service. VdoBloom retains rights to the platform, technology, and service infrastructure.

7. Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, we may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Contact support@vdobloom.com for refund requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

VdoBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
