Our Service operates on a subscription-based credit system. We offer the following subscription tiers:
Credit System: Credits reset to your plan amount each billing cycle. Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Unused credits from the current period are forfeited when the new billing cycle begins.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the next billing cycle for downgrades.
Payments for the Service may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Creem.io. By providing payment information, you authorize VdoBloom and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Creem.io. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. Payment details are handled securely by our third-party payment processor.
All fees paid for the Service are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. VdoBloom may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in specific circumstances. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have not used a significant portion of their credits.
Credits are non-refundable once used. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or subscription downgrades under any circumstances.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account's subscription settings in the dashboard. Navigate to your account settings, select "Billing," and click "Cancel Subscription."
After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the current billing period ends.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing period, and this charge is non-refundable.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site or by contacting us at support@vdobloom.com. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
VdoBloom may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or breach of our content restrictions.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property. You will lose access to all User Content stored in your account upon termination, unless otherwise required by law.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. VdoBloom does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VdoBloom disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 99.9% uptime or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VdoBloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if VdoBloom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
