For subscription plans, credits reset monthly on your billing date and do not carry over. However, for One-Time Payment plans, credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
Checkout runs through Creem.io (international) or Razorpay (India), depending on currency and region. Major cards and common wallets are supported where available. VdoBloom never stores your full card details.
If content generation fails due to provider issues, reach out to support. We'll review and refund credits to your account as needed.
Yes! You can choose any AI model for each generation. Just make sure you have enough credits in your monthly allowance for the model you want to use.

Generated videos are stored for a maximum of 3 days. Please download your videos within this timeframe to keep them permanently.
We support a wide range of AI models across video, image, and audio generation. For videos: Veo 3.1 (Fast & Quality), Sora 2 & Sora 2 Pro (Text-to-Video & Image-to-Video), Runway Gen-3, Kling V2.5 Turbo, Runway Aleph, and Luma Modify for video editing. For images: We support multiple premium image generation models including Nano Banana and other advanced models. For audio: We support various text-to-speech and transcription models. Each model has different capabilities, quality levels, and credit costs.
VdoBloom uses credit-based pricing: one credit balance works across every tool — AI video generation, image generation, audio, and design. Each plan below is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (billed annually at a lower per-month rate), or a one-time credit pack. There is also a Free plan with 10 credits. Customers in India see INR regional pricing, including the India-only Starter tier listed further down.

Credits are the single currency used across all VdoBloom tools — AI video generation, image generation, audio, and design. Every plan includes a credit allowance, and each generation deducts credits based on the model you pick, since more advanced models cost more to run. One balance covers everything: paid plans range from 75 credits on Starter up to 50,000 credits on the largest Pro plan.
Subscription credits reset on each monthly billing date, and unused subscription credits do not carry over. One-time credit packs work differently: those credits never expire and stay in your account until you spend them. VdoBloom tracks subscription credits and one-time credits as two separate balances, so you can combine a monthly plan with a one-time pack.
Yes. You can cancel your VdoBloom subscription at any time from your account, and cancellation is handled automatically through the payment provider you signed up with — Creem.io for USD or Razorpay for INR. If you prefer to avoid subscriptions entirely, every plan is also available as a one-time purchase with no recurring billing and credits that never expire.
Yes. VdoBloom has a Free plan at $0 that includes 10 credits — enough for up to 1 video or up to 10 images. The Free plan gives you access to the same tools as paid plans, including AI video generation, text to image, logo creation, text-to-speech, and transcription, so you can try the platform before buying credits.
