Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your VdoBloom subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your VdoBloom account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Settings
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription" or "Billing Portal"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate Effect: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Access: You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires.
  • Remaining Credits: Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
  • Generated Content: Content you have already generated will remain accessible in your dashboard.
  • No Automatic Renewal: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Important Note

Credits do not roll over between billing cycles. If you cancel mid-cycle, any remaining credits will be lost at the end of your current billing period. We recommend using your credits before cancellation.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and AI-powered services, all purchases are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded. Please review our pricing and features carefully before making a purchase.

Why No Refunds?

VdoBloom provides digital AI-powered content creation services. Unlike physical products:

  • Digital services cannot be "returned" once delivered
  • AI processing resources are consumed immediately upon content generation
  • Credits provide instant access to our platform's capabilities
  • Each generation uses computational resources that cannot be recovered

Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds or credits only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
  • Technical Failure: Complete platform outage preventing any use of credits (verified by our team)
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent purchases made without your consent (requires police report)
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect amount charged due to system error
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Credits have been used (even partially)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use credits before expiration
  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel anytime before renewal)
  • Lack of time to use the service
  • Misunderstanding of features or pricing
  • Violation of Terms of Service

How to Report Exceptional Cases

If you believe you have an exceptional case, please contact us with:

  1. Email us at support@vdobloom.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Billing Issue - [Your Email]"
  3. Include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Transaction ID / Order ID
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, bank statements, etc.)

Review Process

  • Review Time: Exceptional cases are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
  • Decision: All decisions are made at VdoBloom's sole discretion and are final.
  • If Approved: Refunds (if granted) are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

Your payment processor is automatically selected based on your location. Any billing inquiries or disputes will be handled through the same payment gateway used for your original transaction.

Plan Changes & Upgrades

  • Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds for downgrades.
  • Plan Changes: You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your VdoBloom account
  • Loss of access to any generated content
  • Potential collection of disputed amounts
