Frequently asked questions
What kind of photo freezes best?
Photos with lots of motion to catch — crowds, birds, fountains, traffic, splashes. A static portrait has little to freeze.
Does the rewind always land perfectly?
Not always. The freeze and the camera orbit held in every one of our test runs; a full rewind back to the exact first frame is harder and can drift, especially on the cheapest model. If the ending is off, re-run it, try the Freeze Frame Orbit template, or step up to Seedance 2 Fast or Seedance 2 from the model picker.
How much does one clip cost?
Each clip is priced by the video model and settings you pick — the exact credit cost is shown on the Create button before you generate, and that is the amount charged. The preset opens on the cheapest model and resolution that gave good results in our tests, and you can switch to a higher-quality model from the same picker. If a render fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
