The AI writes a fixed character and scene line plus one line per panel, draws every panel into a single storyboard image with GPT Image 2.5, and ByteDance Seedance animates the grid — each panel becomes one shot, in order.
The storyboard is the cheap preview. You see the whole video as one image for a few credits, edit any panel line, redraw one panel or the whole grid, or upload your own storyboard or comic page, and only animate it once it looks right.

Pick a style and describe the idea
Choose a preset such as Cinematic short, Luxury product ad, Food recipe, Comic page, Game trailer, App demo, Character intro, Anime OP, Dance sequence or Casting board. Add an optional character photo or product photo to keep them identical in every panel.

Review the panel plan
See the fixed character and setting lines and one shot per panel. Edit any line for free before anything is drawn.

Draw and fix the storyboard
The whole storyboard is drawn as one grid image. Tap to enlarge it, redraw a single panel with an edited line, redraw everything, or swap in your own image.

Animate it
Choose the Seedance model, resolution, length and sound. The grid is used as the reference for one multi-shot video with a cut for every panel, timed evenly across the clip.
Frequently asked questions
Why draw a storyboard first?
A storyboard image costs a small fraction of a video. Seeing every shot in one image lets you fix the story, the character and the framing before you spend on the video, and the video then follows the panels in order.
Will the video show the grid?
No. The storyboard is passed to Seedance as a reference image, not as the first frame, so the video is full-frame shots that follow the panels one by one. The Casting board preset is the exception: it keeps the four actors on screen together while each one says the line in turn.
Can I use my own storyboard or comic page?
Yes. Upload a storyboard, a comic page or any grid of panels, tell the tool how many panels it has, and animate it in reading order. The upload itself is free.
How is it priced?
Planning is free. The storyboard image costs the same as a GPT Image 2.5 image, and the video costs the same as a Seedance clip of that length and resolution. Each price is shown on its button before you confirm, and a step that fails is refunded automatically.
