The song comes first, the way music video directors work. The tool measures the tempo, finds every beat and splits the track into sections by energy, then places each cut exactly on a beat. Each shot is filmed with your character, regenerate any you do not like, then build: shots are cut on the beat, the song is added, and lyric captions can be burned in.

How does the video stay in sync with the music?
The song is analyzed before any video is made: tempo, beat times and section changes. Every cut in the plan sits on a detected beat, and at build time each shot is trimmed to an exact frame count, so the cuts land within half a frame of the beat and the video is exactly as long as the song.
Will the same person appear in every shot?
Yes. One anchor character is used for the whole video — your photo or a generated portrait is passed to Seedance as the identity reference for every shot, and a fixed character description is repeated in every shot prompt.
Can I use my own song?
Yes — upload an mp3, wav or m4a up to 25 MB and pick a 10–60 second window. Only upload music you have the rights to use. You can also generate an original track with the built-in music models.
How is it priced?
Planning is free. A generated song or portrait costs the same as in the standalone tools. Each shot is priced like a normal Seedance clip of that length and resolution, plus a small build fee, and the plan shows the exact total before you generate. A shot that fails is refunded automatically.
