AI Muscle Video Generator: Add Definition to One Photo
The VdoBloom AI Muscle Video Generator takes one photo of a clothed adult and returns a short clip in which that person appears noticeably more muscular. Be clear about what that means before you upload. The tab's own on-screen note says the AI will change the subject's clothing to show muscle definition, so the finished video can show them bare-torsoed or in minimal gym wear. The permission you need is permission for a depiction like that, not simply permission to use their photograph. The render happens in two stages. A WAN 2.7 image pass builds a single transformed keyframe from your upload, working to a fixed instruction that preserves identity — face, age, skin tone, hairstyle, body proportions — with no face swaps, no added people and no extra limbs. It frames three-quarter body with the face tack-sharp, keeps the original pose, background and lighting, and asks for a defined, natural physique with no CGI bulk and no anatomy distortion. Only then does the video model you picked animate that frame.
There is no free-text prompt box on this tab. You get four physique tiles — Defined, Athletic, Ripped and Bulky — each with a preview clip so you can see the look before spending anything, and the keyframe stage runs the same constrained muscle instruction underneath. What changes your render is the rest of the panel: which of the 16 models you use, how long the clip runs, at what resolution and in what frame. The picker holds Runway Gen-3, Gen-4 Turbo and Gen-4.5, Kling V2.5 Turbo, PixVerse v3.5 through v6, and Vidu 2.0, Q1, Q2 Turbo, Q2 Pro, Q3 and Q3 Turbo. A new account starts with 10 credits, and the tab is pinned to Runway Gen-3 at 720p for 5 seconds, which costs exactly 10. That pairing is deliberate: defaulting to the newest model would put the first render above the free balance. On a 5-second 720p clip the roster runs 10 to 48 credits, with two exceptions — Vidu 2.0 accepts 4-second jobs only, and Vidu Q1 renders 1080p only. On the free plan the result is watermarked: the mark sits over the player, right-click saving and picture-in-picture are off, and the free download is a watermarked copy. A paid plan releases the clean file.

Tick the adult-and-consent box
Nothing generates until you confirm every uploaded image is of an adult (18+) and that you hold the rights and consent to use it. Try to generate without it and the page scrolls the checkbox into view and flashes it red. On this tab, make sure the consent you obtained covers a bare-torso depiction, because that is what the output can be.

Upload a clothed photo
The tab asks for a person photographed in ordinary clothing — that is the input the transformation is built from, not a shirtless shot. A sharp, evenly lit three-quarter or upper-body frame with one person in it gives the keyframe stage the most to hold on to. Steep angles, heavy filters and re-saved screenshots survive into the video as flaws.

Defined, Athletic, Ripped and Bulky each play a preview so you can judge the register before spending a credit. Treat them as a guide to the house look rather than four separate engines — the muscle instruction behind the keyframe stage is the same one in every case.

Set the model, length, resolution and frame
Runway Gen-3 at 720p for 5 seconds is the default and the cheapest run at 10 credits. Most models let you pick 9:16 for Reels and Shorts, 1:1 for a feed post or 16:9 for YouTube. Kling V2.5 Turbo is the exception — it follows your photo's own frame — and Vidu 2.0 offers 16:9 and 1:1 only, no portrait.

Generate
The keyframe pass runs first, then your model animates that frame. Most 5-second jobs return within a few minutes. Credits are deducted only once the provider accepts the job, and you can close the tab — the finished clip lands in your library either way.

Review, re-run, download
Watch it at full size before committing. If the definition reads too strong or too flat, changing model is the lever that moves it. Most models return a silent MP4, which is usually what you want since you will lay your own track over it; Vidu Q3 and Q3 Turbo carry an audio toggle that generates sound in the same pass.

Will the face still look like the person in the photo?
