What happens to my photo after I upload it, and whose photos may I use?
Your upload is used to run the generation you asked for and is tied to your account. VdoBloom does not publish your photos or videos anywhere. You can delete individual videos from your creations library at any time, and you can delete your whole account from settings. Upload only photos of yourself or of other adults who have agreed to it. Every prompt is checked against our content policy before it runs, and a generation that fails that check is rejected rather than queued.
What do I do if the video fails or looks wrong?
Failed generations are refunded automatically, so a job that errors out does not cost you credits — re-running usually clears a temporary provider hiccup.
