The exact steps

Open the Ghibli AI Video tab.
Upload one photo. Landscape with a person in it beats a close-up portrait almost every time.
Pick Classic Ghibli, Ghibli Forest or Ghibli Sky. Edit the loaded prompt if you want a specific season, weather or time of day.
Set Style to Anime in the PixVerse settings. This is the single biggest lever on the painted look, and it is separate from the prompt.

Stay on PixVerse v4.5 for this tab — the Anime style parameter is the reason it is pinned here.
