AI Real Estate Video Maker: Turn Listing Photos Into a Walkthrough Tour

VdoBloom's AI real estate video maker turns the listing photos you already have into a cinematic property tour. Upload up to 9 photos of a house, apartment, villa, office, studio or plot of land, add the address, price and key features if you like, and Seedance 2 generates a smooth walkthrough: an exterior establishing shot, glides through the living spaces, detail shots of the finishes and a final pull-back. There is no shoot to book and no timeline to edit.

Is it free? New accounts get 10 free credits, enough for a short Seedance 2 Mini clip at 480p (7 to 8 credits). A default clip on Seedance 2 (4 seconds, 480p) costs 31 credits, and a 10-second 720p tour on Seedance 2 Fast costs 100. After the free credits, the Lite pack is 300 credits for $19.50 one-time (credits never expire) or $15 a month.

The same tab has a second mode, Room Reveal, that takes one photo of a furnished room, clears it to an empty room with AI, and films the furniture appearing until the room matches your photo. It suits agents, brokerages, property managers, holiday-let hosts, developers and stagers who want video for every listing, not just the premium ones.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your listing photos

Add up to 9 photos. The first one is the hero shot, so make it your best exterior or main living space. Wide, level, well-lit photos give the cleanest motion.

  2. 2

Pick the property type and details

Choose Apartment, House, Villa, Office, Studio or Land. Optionally type the address, key features ("4 beds, pool, ocean view") and price; they steer how the tour is described to the model.

  3. 3

Choose a model, length and shape

Seedance 2 is the default. Pick a length from 4 to 15 seconds, a resolution from 480p to 1080p (4K on Seedance 2), and 16:9 for YouTube and listing pages or 9:16 for Reels and TikTok.

  4. 4

    Generate and download

The tour takes about 2 to 4 minutes. The price is shown on the button before you start, and every video is saved in My Creations.

Why use this tool

  • Up to 9 photos per tour

Seedance 2 models use up to 9 photos together as references, so the tour can move between rooms instead of animating a single still.

  • A real tour structure

On Seedance 2 models, shot-by-shot timing builds an exterior, rooms, exterior sequence with a camera move for each beat: push-in, glide, pan, dolly, detail, pull-back.

  • Six property types

Apartment, House, Villa, Office, Studio and Land each change how the walkthrough is framed.

  • Start and end frame control

Frames mode on Seedance 2 uses your first photo as the opening frame and the second as the closing frame, useful for a door-to-living-room move.

  • Room Reveal mode

An empty room fills with furniture until it matches your photo. One price covers the empty-room edit and the video, refunded in full if it fails.

  • Pay per clip

Credits are charged per video by model, length and resolution. There is no subscription required, and one-time credits never expire.

How much does an AI real estate video cost?

Walkthrough videos are priced per clip by model, resolution and length. These are the credit costs for the three Seedance 2 models with photo input; the exact figure for your settings appears on the generate button before you spend anything.

What one Lite pack covers

The Lite pack is 300 credits. Here is what that buys at a few common settings, so you can plan video for a whole batch of listings.

Which model should I use for a property video?

Start cheap, then render the keeper at higher quality. Only the Seedance 2 models use more than one photo; other image-to-video models in the picker animate the first photo only.

Room Reveal: from empty room to furnished

Switch the tab to Room Reveal and upload one wide photo of a furnished room. The AI first creates an empty version of the same room, then a video model films the furniture arriving until the frame matches your original photo. It is a quick way to show a room's potential, or to make a scroll-stopping clip from a staged listing.

You choose how to empty the room (GPT Image 2 for 3 credits, or Nano Banana 2 at 2K for 15), the reveal model, a length of 5, 8 or 10 seconds, and a locked-off or slow push-in camera. Optional style notes such as "warm evening light, pieces arrive left to right" guide the reveal. The default, GPT Image 2 plus Seedance 2 Fast at 720p for 5 seconds, costs 53 credits.

Where agents use AI listing videos

A short tour works almost anywhere a listing photo does, and moves better in a feed.

  • Instagram Reels, Facebook and TikTok: render at 9:16 and keep it under 15 seconds.
  • YouTube and listing pages: 16:9 at 720p or 1080p.
  • Email blasts and newsletters: a short clip or GIF of the hero shot linked to the listing.
  • "Just listed" and "open house" posts: one tour per property, made the day photos arrive.
  • Rentals and holiday lets: a quick room-by-room clip for Airbnb-style listings and booking pages.
  • Before renovation or staging: a Room Reveal clip to show what an empty space can become.

Tips for better property videos

The model can only work with what is in the photos, so good inputs matter more than settings.

  • Lead with a strong exterior or the main living room: the first photo sets the hero shot.
  • Upload photos in tour order: front, entrance, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, view.
  • Use wide, level, bright shots. Avoid fisheye distortion, heavy HDR and dark rooms.
  • Declutter before photographing: clutter turns into messy motion.
  • Keep key features short: "3 beds, open-plan kitchen, sea view" works better than a paragraph.
  • Make a 480p Mini draft first, then render the version you like at 720p or 1080p.

What it can't do

Knowing the limits up front saves credits.

  • No voiceover or music: walkthrough clips are silent. Add a soundtrack in your editor, or make one with the AI Music Generator.
  • No guaranteed on-screen text: the address, price and features steer the video but are not printed as captions. Add your branding, price and contact details as overlays afterwards.
  • No people: tours are generated without people in frame.
  • One clip per run, up to 15 seconds. For a longer tour, generate several clips and join them.
  • Not a measured 3D tour: the camera moves are generated from photos, so it is not a replacement for a floor plan or a Matterport-style scan.

Keep listing videos accurate

AI video can invent details, such as an extra window, a different worktop or a bigger garden. Watch every clip before you post and only use footage that shows the property as it really is. Room Reveal shows virtually staged furniture, so label it the way you would label virtual staging, and check your MLS or portal rules for video and virtual tours before uploading.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free AI real estate video maker?

You can try VdoBloom free: new accounts get 10 credits, which covers one short Seedance 2 Mini clip at 480p. After that you pay per clip with credits; the Lite pack is 300 credits for $19.50 one-time, and one-time credits never expire.

How do I make a real estate video from photos?

Open the Real Estate tab, upload up to 9 listing photos with your best shot first, choose the property type, optionally add address, features and price, pick a model, length and aspect ratio, and generate. The tour is ready in about 2 to 4 minutes.

How much does an AI property video cost?

It depends on model, resolution and length. A 5-second clip costs 8 credits on Seedance 2 Mini at 480p, 50 on Seedance 2 Fast at 720p and 204 on Seedance 2 at 1080p. The price is shown before you generate.

How many photos can I use?

You can upload up to 9, and Seedance 2 models use all of them together as references. In Frames mode the first photo is the start frame and the second the end frame. Other models animate only the first photo.

Can I make vertical videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok?

Yes. Seedance 2 offers 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4, 9:16 and 21:9. Pick 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and 16:9 for YouTube and listing pages.

Does the video include music or a voiceover?

No. Walkthrough clips are generated silent, so you can add licensed music, a voiceover or your branded intro in any editor. The AI Music Generator and Text to Speech tools on VdoBloom can make the audio.

What is Room Reveal?

A second mode of the tab. Upload a furnished room photo; AI creates an empty version, then films the furniture appearing until it matches your photo. It costs the empty-room edit plus the video, from 31 credits, and is refunded in full if it fails.

Can I add the price, address or my logo on screen?

The address, price and features guide the video but are not reliably printed as text. Add captions, price, logo and contact details as overlays in your editor, and check your MLS rules, since some require unbranded tours.

Is an AI walkthrough the same as a virtual tour?

No. It is a short cinematic clip generated from photos, not a measured, clickable 3D tour. Use it for social posts and listing promotion alongside photos and floor plans.

Can I use AI real estate videos commercially?

Yes, you can use the videos you generate in listings and ads. Make sure you have the rights to the photos you upload, keep the footage faithful to the property, and label virtually staged rooms.
