AI Poster Maker: Flyers, Menus and Posters With Your Exact Text
VdoBloom's AI poster maker designs an event flyer, restaurant menu, sale poster or travel poster from the words you type. You enter the headline and up to 20 lines of details (dates, address, prices, menu items), pick a style and a shape, and get a finished design with every line printed exactly as written. There are no templates to hunt through and no text boxes to drag around.
Is it free? New accounts get 10 free credits and one poster costs 5 credits on GPT Image 2.5, so the free credits cover two designs. After that, the Lite pack is 300 credits for $19.50 one-time (credits never expire) or $15 a month, which is 60 posters.
The same tab also makes square album and single covers at 4K. It suits small businesses, restaurants, event organisers, shops running a sale, teachers, community groups and musicians who need a print-ready or post-ready design in minutes.

How it works
- 1
Choose the design
Pick Event flyer, Restaurant menu, Sale poster or Travel poster. Each has its own layout: menus put every item on its own line with the price right-aligned; sale posters put the offer huge in the centre.
- 2
Type the headline and details
The headline (up to 80 characters) is printed largest. Add the rest one line at a time, up to 20 lines: date and time, venue, prices, menu items, a call to action. Each line is printed exactly once, with no spelling changes.
- 3
Pick a style, colours and shape
Choose Modern bold, Elegant, Retro, Playful or Luxury dark. Optionally type your own colours ("navy, gold and cream"). Then pick 3:4 flyer, 2:3 poster, 9:16 story, 1:1 square or 4:3 landscape.
- 4
Generate and download
The design comes back at 2K. Download it, run it through the upscaler for a larger print, and find it again any time in My Creations.
Why use this tool
Your text, printed exactly
The headline and every detail line are reproduced character for character, each once, with no placeholder or filler text added.
Layouts built for the job
Four design types with their own structure, so a menu looks like a menu and a sale poster looks like a sale poster.
Five styles plus your colours
Modern bold, Elegant, Retro, Playful and Luxury dark each come with a palette, or you can name your brand colours.
Print and social shapes
Flyer, poster, story, square and landscape shapes cover A-series prints, Instagram stories and feed posts.
Album and single covers
A second mode makes square 4K cover art in eight genres, with your artist name and title printed exactly or no text at all.
One flat price per design
5 credits per poster on GPT Image 2.5. The price is shown before you generate, and failed generations are refunded.
What can you make with the AI poster maker?
Each design type tells the model how to lay out your text, so you only supply the words. Pick the type closest to what you need; the layout guidance below is what the tool asks for.
| Design type | Layout | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Event flyer | Headline large at the top, details grouped in clear blocks, one illustration of the event theme | Concerts, markets, workshops, parties, church and school events |
| Restaurant menu | Menu title on top, every item on its own line in columns, price right-aligned, small food illustrations in the margins | Cafés, restaurants, food trucks, daily specials boards |
| Sale poster | Headline huge in the centre, offer details below, bold price or percentage badges | Shop windows, seasonal sales, Black Friday, store openings |
| Travel poster | One iconic landscape filling the frame, headline at the top or bottom, small details | Tourism, hotels, wall art, trip announcements |
| Album / single cover | Square 1:1, full-bleed, one strong focal point, optional artist name and title | Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud and YouTube music releases |
How much does it cost?
Posters, flyers and menus run on GPT Image 2.5 at 2K. Album covers run at 4K, with a choice of two models. You pay per design with credits and see the price before generating.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Poster, flyer or menu | GPT Image 2.5 | 2K | 5 | 60 designs |

Why the text comes out right
Text has long been the weak spot of AI image tools: made-up letters, missing words, a menu with prices that don't line up. This tool sends each line you type as a separate, quoted instruction to reproduce exactly, once, with no extra words, and asks for a clear hierarchy with the headline largest and safe margins at the edges. GPT Image 2.5, the model behind it, is strong at lettering.
Still proofread before you print. With 15 or 20 lines on a busy menu, a model can occasionally drop or garble a word. If one line is off, regenerate; shorter lines and fewer of them give the most reliable results.

Album and single cover art
Switch the mode to Album / Single Cover for square 4K artwork. Pick a style: Minimal, Vintage vinyl, Hip-hop, Lo-fi anime, Synthwave, Indie film photo, Metal or Bollywood. Describe what the cover should show (optional), and add your artist name and title if you want them on it; they are printed exactly. Leave both empty for a cover with no text at all.
Covers are original artwork only: the tool avoids real musicians and celebrities, record-label logos, parental-advisory badges, barcodes and watermarks. Streaming services ask for large square files, so use the Upscale action on the result if your distributor needs more pixels.

Tips for better posters and flyers
A few habits make the output cleaner and easier to read from across a room.
- Keep the headline short: three to six words prints larger and reads from a distance.
- One fact per line: "Saturday 14 June, 6–11 pm" on one line, "Riverside Park" on the next.
- Fewer lines read better. If your menu has 30 items, split it into two designs (starters, mains).
- Name two or three colours, not seven. Brand colours plus a neutral works well.
- Match style to audience: Elegant or Luxury dark for restaurants and weddings, Playful for kids and community events, Retro for markets and gigs.
- Check every date, price and phone number before printing.
What it can't do (yet)
The output is a finished image, which keeps things fast, but it comes with limits.
- No editable text layers or templates: to change a word, edit the line and generate again. The Layer Split tool can separate a finished design into PNG layers.
- No logo upload: the poster maker works from text only, so add your logo afterwards in your editor of choice.
- No PDF, vector or bleed marks: results download as images. Ask your print shop about bleed, or leave extra margin.
- One design per run, with up to 20 detail lines (900 characters) and an 80-character headline.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AI poster maker free?
New accounts get 10 free credits, and a poster, flyer or menu costs 5 credits, so you can make two designs free. After that you buy credits: the Lite pack is 300 credits for $19.50 one-time, and one-time credits never expire.
Can AI make a poster with exact text?
Yes. Type the headline and each detail line, and the tool tells the model to reproduce every line character for character, once, with no extra words. Proofread long menus before printing and regenerate if a line slips.
How do I make a flyer with AI?
Open the poster maker, choose Event flyer, type the headline and one line each for date, time, venue and entry details, pick a style and the 3:4 flyer shape, then generate. The finished flyer downloads as an image.
Can I make a restaurant menu with AI?
Yes. Choose Restaurant menu and type each dish with its price on its own line, e.g. "Margherita pizza ... 12". The layout puts items in clean columns with prices right-aligned and small food illustrations in the margins.
Are the posters good enough to print?
Designs come back at 2K resolution, which is fine for flyers and small posters. For larger prints, run the result through the Image Upscaler first. Downloads are images, not PDFs, so ask your printer about bleed.
What sizes can I make?
Five shapes: 3:4 flyer, 2:3 poster, 9:16 story, 1:1 square and 4:3 landscape. Album covers are always square 1:1.
Can I use my brand colours?
Yes. Type them in the optional Colors field, for example "navy, gold and cream". If you leave it empty, the style's own palette is used.
Can I edit the poster after it is made?
There are no editable text boxes. Change the text and generate again, or download the image and finish it in your own editor. The Layer Split tool can break a design into separate PNG layers.
Can I make album cover art here?
Yes. Switch to Album / Single Cover for square 4K artwork in eight styles, with your artist name and title printed exactly or no text. It costs 8 credits on GPT Image 2.5 or 24 on Nano Banana Pro.
Can I make posters in languages other than English?
You can type the headline and details in any language and they are passed to the model as written, never machine-translated. Check the result carefully, since lettering in some scripts is less reliable than in English.
