Seedance 2 or Seedance 2.5: which to use?
Both models start on your before photo and finish on your after photo. Other models are not offered here on purpose: some fast models ignore the last frame, so the clip would never reach your real after photo.

Tips for a convincing transformation
- Match the framing. Shoot both photos from the same spot, distance and height; mismatched angles make the in-between motion wander.
- Match the light. Same time of day, same lamps or window, same white balance where possible.
- Keep the subject in the same position in both photos, especially faces and bodies.
- Upload the before photo first so the aspect ratio is detected from it, then lock a different shape if your platform needs one.
- Use a 4 to 5 second, 480p draft to check the motion, then render the final at 720p or higher.
- Add text labels such as "Before" and "After" and background music in your editor; the generated video has no audio.
Honest results and advertising rules
A before and after video is only persuasive when it is truthful. Use your own real photos, get written permission from anyone who appears in them, and make sure the after photo shows a result your service or product actually achieved. Health, beauty and weight-loss claims are regulated in many countries and on ad platforms, so keep captions accurate and avoid promising typical results that are not typical.
