Which difficulty level should I choose?
The level is written into the drawing instructions, so it changes the page itself rather than just thickening lines afterwards.

How do I turn a photo into a coloring page?
Open From a photo, tick the consent box and upload the picture. Pick a level and press Create. The model traces every important contour of the main subject and the key background shapes, then redraws them as closed black outlines on white. It keeps the proportions and composition, so your dog still looks like your dog.
Photos with one clear subject and a simple background convert best. A close-up of a pet or a single toy gives a tidy page; a crowded street scene gives many tiny areas, which suits the adult level better than the toddler one.

Printing tips
Pages are generated at 2K on pure white. Idea-mode pages are 3:4 portrait, which sits close to the shape of US Letter and A4; choose “fit to page” in your print dialog and the margins stay even. Photo-mode pages take the shape of your photo, so a landscape photo prints best in landscape orientation.
- Print in black only (greyscale) to save color ink. The page has no grey to lose.
- Use heavier paper (around 120 gsm or card stock) for markers and paint so colors do not bleed through.
- For a book, print several pages and staple or ring-bind them; each page downloads as its own image.
What the coloring page generator can’t do
Each Create makes one page; there is no batch mode, no multi-page PDF and no built-in book layout with covers or page numbers. Pages contain no text, so add a title or a name with your own editor. Upload only photos you took or have rights to, and avoid copyrighted cartoon characters, which you should not print or sell anyway.
Can I sell or share the coloring pages I make?
Under the VdoBloom terms you keep ownership of the images you generate, so you can print pages for your class, share them with family, or include original pages in a coloring book you sell. Keep the subjects original: pages based on trademarked characters or another illustrator’s work are not yours to sell.
