Every prompt carries a dual preservation clause, which is the part that actually matters. From your photo it holds the face, hair, skin tone and body proportions. From the outfit photo it holds the design, colours, patterns, fabric texture, neckline, sleeves and hemline. Only the setting, lighting and pose are allowed to change.
