AI Video Generator for Real Estate Listings
Every listing already has photos. What it does not have is the walkthrough video that gets it played instead of scrolled past — and hiring a videographer for a listing that might sell in a fortnight rarely maths out.
The Real Estate Video tool starts from the photos you already shot. Upload up to 10, mark the property type, and optionally add the address, key features and asking price. Those fields are written into the generation prompt as context, and the tool produces a cinematic walkthrough: elegant pans, slow push-ins, establishing exteriors, professional real-estate photography lighting.
Two constraints in that prompt are worth knowing before you use it. It hard-codes "No people." — no phantom buyers wandering through your kitchen shot. And it generates without audio, which sounds like a limitation but is the right default: you drop your own voiceover, your brokerage's music bed or a listing agent's narration over a silent clean plate, rather than fighting a generated soundtrack you did not ask for.
What this tool does
- Real Estate Video accepts up to 10 property photos; the first is treated as the hero shot and is highlighted in the interface.
- With Seedance 2 selected, Multimodal mode passes up to 9 of your photos to the model as references; Frames mode instead uses photo 1 as the start frame and photo 2 as the end frame, and ignores the rest.
- On non-Seedance models only the first photo is used, and the interface warns you explicitly when you have uploaded more than one.
- The generated prompt hard-codes "No people." so the walkthrough contains no incidental figures.
- Real estate videos are generated with generate_audio set to false — they render silent, so your own voiceover or music track can be laid over them cleanly.
- Six property types are selectable — Apartment, House, Villa, Office, Studio and Land — and they change the wording of the walkthrough prompt.
- Address, key features and asking price are optional fields written into the prompt as context ("Property highlights: …", "Listed at …"); they steer the footage rather than being rendered as on-screen text.
- The default configuration is Seedance 2 at 16:9, and the model picker is filtered to image-to-video-capable models.
How it works
1.Upload your listing photos, hero shot first
Add up to 10 photos. The first is flagged HERO and anchors the video's look, so lead with the strongest exterior or the best-lit main room. Photos can be removed and reordered before you generate.
2.Choose how the photos are used
With Seedance 2 selected and more than one photo uploaded, pick a mode. Multimodal passes up to 9 photos as references for a richer composite. Frames uses photo 1 as the opening frame and photo 2 as the closing frame, which gives you a controlled A-to-B camera move.
3.Set the property type and the details
Pick Apartment, House, Villa, Office, Studio or Land. Then optionally add the address, key features ("4 beds, 3 baths, pool, ocean view") and the price. These are written into the prompt as context that shapes the mood and pacing of the footage.
4.Pick the model and resolution
The picker shows image-to-video models only. Seedance 2 is the default; at 5 seconds it is 38 credits at 480p, 82 at 720p and 203 at 1080p. Duration and resolution options adapt to whichever model you select.
5.Add your voiceover over the silent clip
The video comes back without audio by design. Lay your agent narration, a music bed or the listing's key facts over it in your editor — the clip is a clean plate, so nothing has to be ducked or removed.
Frequently asked questions
How many property photos can I use?
Up to 10 can be uploaded. How many actually reach the model depends on your selection: Seedance 2 in Multimodal mode uses up to 9 as references, Frames mode uses the first two (start and end frame), and non-Seedance models use only the first photo — the interface warns you when that applies.
Will there be people in the video?
No. The generated prompt explicitly includes "No people." The tool is built to produce an empty, aspirational walkthrough in professional real-estate photography style rather than a lifestyle film.
Does the video include a voiceover?
No. Real estate videos are generated with audio disabled, so they render silent. That is deliberate — it gives you a clean plate to lay your own narration, brokerage music or listing facts over without fighting a generated soundtrack.
Does the asking price appear on screen?
The price and address are written into the generation prompt as context, not rendered as guaranteed on-screen text. Treat them as direction for the footage. If you need the price legible on screen, add it as a title card in your editor.
What does one listing video cost?
It depends on the model, resolution and duration. On the default Seedance 2 at 5 seconds: 38 credits at 480p, 82 credits at 720p and 203 credits at 1080p. The dashboard checks your balance against the exact selection before generating.
Can I use it for commercial property or land?
Yes. Property type includes Office, Studio and Land alongside Apartment, House and Villa, and the selection changes the wording of the walkthrough prompt accordingly.
