When a job is charged, VdoBloom spends your one-time pack credits first and only falls back to your subscription allowance when the pack balance cannot cover the job. That is worth knowing because it is the opposite of what most people assume. If you buy a pack halfway through a billing month, the pack is what drains; your monthly allowance sits untouched until the pack is gone — and then resets at renewal whether you used it or not. Why the balance disappears
Look at the last two rows. The same model, the same prompt, the same five seconds: 82 credits at 720p, 203 at 1080p. That single dropdown is a 2.5x multiplier. Duration, by contrast, is close to linear — Kling v2.5 Turbo is 40 credits for 5 seconds and 80 for 10. So the expensive habit is not making long videos; it is iterating at 1080p.
