Free AI Video Generator With No Watermark: Honest Guide
Can you make AI video free with no watermark? What 10 free credits buy, why free clips are watermarked, and the cheapest way to remove it: $10.39 once.
No AI video generator we know of gives unlimited free, watermark-free video, and VdoBloom doesn't either. You need an account to generate. New accounts get 10 free credits, which covers one 5-second Runway Gen-3 clip at 720p (10 credits). Videos made on the free tier carry a watermark (you can still download them watermarked). Buying any one-time pack removes the watermark. The smallest USD pack is 200 credits for $10.39, paid once. There is no subscription and the credits never expire.

Quick facts
- Sign-up: required. Generation needs an account, so there is no anonymous "no sign-up" mode.
- Free credits: 10 on signup. Each side gets 10 more when a friend joins with your referral link. A daily check-in adds 2–5 credits a day (25 over a 7-day streak).
- Watermark: free-tier videos carry a watermark; you can download them watermarked. Any purchase removes it.
- Cheapest way to remove it: the 200-credit pack, $10.39 one time.
- Expiry: one-time pack credits never expire.
- Failed jobs: credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
Why do "free" AI video generators add a watermark?
Every AI video clip costs real money to make, because the model runs on expensive GPUs. A free tier is a sample, and the watermark is how a site keeps the sample from replacing the paid product. When a page promises "free, no watermark, no sign-up, unlimited", one of those claims usually has a catch: the clips are very short, the resolution is low, there is a daily cap, or the watermark shows up at export.
We'd rather say it up front. On VdoBloom, free credits let you try real models, including Seedance, Veo, Kling and Runway. The watermark stays until you buy credits.
What can you make with the free credits?
| Free source | Credits | Example of what it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Signup bonus | 10 | One Runway Gen-3 clip, 720p, 5 s (10) |
| One referral | +10 for you and +10 for your friend | One more Runway Gen-3 clip, or one Seedance 2 Mini 480p clip (8) |
| 7-day check-in streak | 25 | One Veo 3.1 Fast clip (25) |
Free-tier clips are fine for testing a prompt or a model. If you need a clean file to post, plan to buy a small pack.
How much does a text-to-video clip cost once you pay?
At the 200-credit pack ($10.39), one credit is about $0.052. Here is what common 5-second text-to-video clips cost:
| Model and setting | Credits | Approx. cost | Clips from 200 credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2 Mini, 480p, 5 s | 8 | $0.42 | 25 |
| Runway Gen-3, 720p, 5 s | 10 | $0.52 | 20 |
| Seedance 2 Mini, 720p, 5 s | 17 | $0.88 | 11 |
| Veo 3.1 Fast, per clip | 25 | $1.30 | 8 |
| Wan 2.7, 720p, 5 s | 32 | $1.66 | 6 |
| Seedance 2, 720p, 5 s | 82 | $4.26 | 2 |
The exact price for your model, length and resolution shows on the generate button before anything is spent. Longer clips and higher resolutions cost more.
How do I get a watermark-free AI video without paying monthly?
- Create a free account and use the 10 signup credits to test your prompt on a low-cost model.
- Collect free credits from the daily check-in and referrals while you work out the prompt.
- Buy one pack when you're ready to publish. Choose One-Time Payment on the pricing page. The 200-credit pack is $10.39, and Lite is 300 credits for $19.50. In India, packs start at 75 credits for ₹299.
- Re-render your best prompt. Videos made after the purchase have no watermark and can be downloaded.
Nothing renews. If you don't make another video for six months, the leftover credits are still there. Full per-model costs are in the pay-as-you-go AI video generator guide.
Can a church or nonprofit make AI videos for under $20?
Yes. Most church announcements, fundraiser teasers and volunteer calls are two to four short clips. Four 5-second Seedance 2 Mini clips at 720p use 68 of the 200 credits in the $10.39 pack, so you have room for re-rolls and a second video. There is no nonprofit discount. The upside is that the credits don't expire, so one pack can last across several events.
- Draft at 480p (8 credits per clip) until the shot looks right.
- Describe the place and the mood, not the words. Add the date, time and address as text afterwards in any editor, because AI video often misspells on-screen text.
- For a spoken message, see which models make sound in the Veo 3.1 guide.
What to check on any "free" AI video tool
- Watermark: is it on the preview only, or on the downloaded file too?
- Download: can free users download at all?
- Sign-up: do you need an account or a card before the first clip?
- Clip length and resolution: free tiers are often capped.
- Expiry: do free or paid credits disappear at month end?
- Refunds: are credits returned when a generation fails?
