What V1 Lite is honestly good at

V1 Lite is inferring depth and motion from a single frame, so the quality of the source image decides most of the outcome. In practice:

• A clear subject separated from the background. A person against a busy crowd gives the model no clean edge to move, and you get smearing at the boundary.
• Even, readable lighting. Deep shadow areas are where artefacts appear first, because there is no detail for the model to carry forward.
• Sharp focus on whatever you want to move. If the face is soft in the still, it will be soft and unstable in the clip.
• Resolution at or above your target. Feeding a 600px JPEG and asking for 1080p output produces an upscaled-looking result no matter what you write in the prompt.
