What does the reference-video tier cost?

When you upload a reference video (for motion or style), the per-second rate drops to 6.8 credits at 480p, 15.2 at 720p and 38 at 1080p. The catch: the seconds of the clip you upload are billed too, at the same rate. A 10-second 720p output from an 8-second reference is 15.2 × 18 = 274 credits, not 152.
