AI Video Credits That Never Expire: How It Works

On VdoBloom, credits from one-time packs never expire. They stay in your account until you spend them, on any video or image model. Credits from monthly plans are different: they reset on each billing date and do not carry over. If you want credits that wait for you, buy a one-time pack, such as Lite at 300 credits for $19.50.

What is the best AI video generator with credits that never expire?

The best fit is a tool where three things are true. Paid credits have no expiry date. Those credits work across many models, so you are not stuck if a better model launches. And failed videos do not eat your balance.

VdoBloom meets all three when you buy a one-time pack. One balance covers Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Hailuo, Wan and more. A 5-second Seedance 2 Mini clip at 720p costs 17 credits, a Veo 3.1 Fast clip costs 25, and a 5-second Runway Gen-3 clip at 720p costs 10. Whatever you do not spend this month is still there next month, and the month after.

Many AI video apps sell only monthly plans, where unused credits reset. Read the fine print on any tool before you buy. Search the billing page for words like "roll over", "reset" or "expire".

Is there an AI video tool where unused credits don't expire?

Yes. On VdoBloom, unused credits from a one-time pack do not expire. The pricing page states it directly: for One-Time Payment plans, credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them.

The important detail is which purchase you make. VdoBloom offers both, and they behave differently:

	One-time pack	Monthly plan
How you pay	Once	Every month (or yearly)
Do unused credits expire?	Never	Reset on each billing date
Lite, 300 credits	$19.50 once	$15 per month
Pro, 800 credits	$37.70 once	$29 per month
Best for	Light or irregular use	Steady weekly use

A monthly plan has a lower price per credit. That lower price only pays off if you use most of the credits before they reset. If your usage comes in bursts, such as a project one month and nothing the next, a pack wastes nothing.

What a pack's credits buy

A Lite pack's 300 credits covers, for example:

• 17 Seedance 2 Mini clips (720p, 5 s, 17 credits each)
• 12 Veo 3.1 Fast clips (25 credits each)
• 7 Kling 3.0 Omni clips (720p, 5 s, 40 credits each)
• 30 Runway Gen-3 clips (720p, 5 s, 10 credits each)

The full per-model breakdown is in pay-as-you-go AI video generator.

Are there AI video generators with lifetime credits?

Be careful with the word "lifetime". It usually refers to a lifetime deal: one payment for a recurring allowance forever. VdoBloom does not sell that, and we do not call our credits lifetime credits.

What VdoBloom offers is simpler. A one-time pack gives a fixed number of credits. Those credits have no expiry date, so you can use them whenever you like. When they are spent, they are spent, and you buy another pack if you want more. Nothing renews by itself, and nothing disappears on a timer.

So the honest answer is: no expiry on one-time pack credits, yes. A never-ending supply of credits, no.

What happens to credits when a video fails?

A credit that never expires is only useful if it is not lost to errors. On VdoBloom, credits for failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically. If a job stalls rather than failing cleanly, the refund arrives within a few hours. If anything looks wrong with your balance, contact support.

VdoBloom also shows the credit cost of every generation before you press the button, so there are no surprise charges after the fact.

Do free sign-up credits expire?

New accounts get 10 free credits, granted once. They are one-time credits and never expire. On top of that, a daily check-in adds 2–5 credits a day (25 over a 7-day streak). Ten credits is enough for one 5-second Runway Gen-3 clip at 720p. Free-tier videos carry a watermark, which any paid pack or plan removes. See free AI video generator watermark guide for details.

The referral program gives 10 credits to both you and the friend who signs up.

How to buy credits that never expire

1. Go to pricing.
2. Switch the billing toggle to One-Time Payment. The card should read "Credits never expire".
3. Pick a pack size. Larger packs cost less per credit: Lite is $0.065 per credit ($19.50 / 300) and Pro 800 is about $0.047 ($37.70 / 800).
4. Pay by card in USD through Razorpay International, or in INR through Razorpay with UPI or Indian cards.

If you already have a monthly plan and want to stop the reset cycle, cancel the plan and buy a pack instead. The reasoning behind skipping plans is laid out in AI video generator without subscription. Model-specific guides: where to use Seedance 2, Google Veo 3.1 review and Sora 2 alternatives.

How to make non-expiring credits last

Credits that never expire still run out when you spend them. A few habits stretch a pack:

• Draft cheap, finish expensive. Test a prompt on Seedance 2 Mini at 480p (8 credits for 5 seconds), then render the keeper on a bigger model.
• Keep clips short while testing. Cost scales with seconds, and five seconds is usually enough to judge a prompt.
• Raise resolution last. Wan 2.7 is 32 credits at 720p and 48 at 1080p for 5 seconds, so only upscale the final take.
• Check the cost line before you click. Every tool shows the credit price for your exact settings.
